Freaked out.

Freaked out at tea tonight as I saw the amount of calories that were in the dinner and I just couldn't have it, so I told mum and I felt like she was so cross with me and that i'd let her down! I just didn't want to purge after it as I haven't for so long and want it to stay like that, so i'd rather stay with stuff hat I know I can keep down. She was alright with me in the end and just said to forget about it but not make a thing of it in the future which I totally understand. I do love her sooo much, I just couldn't face that tea tonight.
