Had my first session with B today and to be honest it was pretty shit. Went through all the stuff in the past which to be honest, i really don't want to think or talk about! The lifeline took an hour and a half to do, bloody hell! Brought up a lot of unwanted memories :(
However, i am one tough cookie, i have learnt to deal with a lot, so i'm not going to stop learning now, however hard it may be. Just put on your brave face, and get on with life, that's all you can do.
